1925 GALA

Thank you to everyone who took a step back in time with TambraPlace for a glamorous night out at our 1925 Gala fundraising event, where jazz music filled the air, flapper fashion took center stage, and the fun went on and on!

Guests were treated to some fancy hors d'eouvres, beverages, an exciting silent auction and raffle, guessing games and storytelling, a live musical performance by Sidecar Social Club and a special appearance by Elijah McCormick.

We would like to extend a HUGE thank you to our amazing sponsors for this event:

McPeake Hotels, Inc

Community Presbyterian Church

FirstHealth of the Carolinas

Marie & Marcele Boutique

Susan Arciero Interiors

Gretchen Kelly

Debbie and Mike Riggins

Aberdeen Carolina & Western Railroad

JMG Orthodontics

Ellen Place

Maison Realty Group

and two very special Anonymous Sponsors

Thank you, also, to all of the many local businesses and individuals who donated items to the silent auction and raffle fundraiser. We couldn't have done any of it without you.

And finally, thank you to everyone who gave so generously to contribute, donate, bid on items, volunteer their time, or who came and enjoyed the gala with us. You all made it a special and memorable evening.

This summer, TambraPlace secured a $284,000 interest-free loan to build a new transitional home for young women and men of Moore County.

So far, we have made $25,253.00 from the Gala. That means we are 11.2% closer to our goal of paying back that loan.

Let's keep going!
